HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Making a purchase is easy. Anywhere you see a product, you can buy it: simply select your size and click "Add to Cart". Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart at the top right of the screen; as you continue shopping or browsing the site, you can hover over or click on the cart to view its contents in the "mini cart" at any time. When you are ready to place your order, select "Proceed to Checkout" in the mini cart and follow the simple instructions to complete our one-step checkout process. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Most items displayed are in stock. When you hover over a product, you can immediately see size availability. If a size cannot be added to the cart on the product page, it means that the item is out of stock in that size. Items that are not yet in stock may be marked "Coming Soon". You can notify us of your interest by contacting customer service at steve@thejingyun.com.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT Aure Paris.com?

We work hard to ensure that your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud screening process.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Your items will be shipped shortly after your credit card details have been approved and the shipping address has been verified.

Attention: Please make sure that your account email address is correct so that you can receive an order confirmation after you have successfully placed an order. This contains information such as order number, order time and payment method, etc.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES?

To help our customers, items are shipped DDP (Duty Paid) and all prices displayed include the corresponding taxes and import duties.
